In the select vineyards of Tabor Winery in the Galilee, high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were grown and carefully harvested. From these grapes we created this wine while paying close attention to preserving the natural aroma and original flavors unique to this noble grape variety. The wine consists of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot. The grapes were harvested at night and received at the winery during the early morning hours. Classic aromas of plum, cassis and raspberry combined with hints of green pepper. The wine is medium-bodied and pleasant to drink.
