Moving to the 2019s, the deeper ruby-hued 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape checks in as 60% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah, and 5% Cinsault. Gorgeous framboise and jammy strawberry fruits as well as flowers, spice, and herbes de Provence-like notes all emerge on the nose, and it's medium to full-bodied, with a layered, seamless texture, ultra-fine tannins, and a great finish. It's one of the bigger, sexier wines I've tasted from this estate, yet it still plays in the seamless, elegant style of the estate beautifully. It will evolve for over a decade.

The medium to full-bodied 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape offers up a lovely bouquet of pepper-dusted cherries. A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah and 5% Cinsault, with most of the aging done in tank, it's supple, creamy and lush in the mouth, with plenty of flavor intensity and length on a silky finish. Already approachable, it looks to have the concentration and depth to age well at least through 2035.

Gently mulled cherry and damson plum fruit is lined with lavender, garrigue and sandalwood accents. Charming finish lets red tea and sanguine notes linger. Drink now through 2030.

Shimmering ruby. Ripe, spice-accented red and blue fruit scents are sharpened by a smoky mineral nuance. Offers plush black raspberry, cherry and candied lavender flavors and a hint of succulent herbs. Finishes sappy, gently sweet and long, with rounded tannins and repeating spiciness.
