Pouring a bright silver/straw color, the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc was raised in barrels, stainless steel, and concrete tanks and is bottled under screwcap. In the glass, it reveals tropical aromas of papaya, grapefruit, ripe peaches, and chive. Medium-bodied and potent on the palate, with a good deal of intensity and richness, it's going to show its best over the next couple of years. 10,000 case production.
